An opt-in list or a subscription list is a database of customers interested in hearing directly from you. By explicitly opting in to your messages, these customers will receive all your messages – promotional and transactional – irrespective of their DND preference. Textlocal myDND manager updates the subscription list for you based on inbound START/STOP requests from your customers.
Offer your audience an easy way to opt-out from receiving your text. Include a simple opt-out option regularly in your texts. Always ensure you make it clear to your customers that they can stop receiving messages from you at any time (Eg: To optout: SMS STOP to 9220592205). This will also help in refining your prospect list as well.
