1. Reporting for Reseller/Multi-tiered accounts just got better
Resellers, franchises and others using multi-tiered accounts can now track SMS usage of their sub-accounts with the new 'Sub Account Billing Report'. Check the number of SMS credits consumed within a date range and the last sent date of all your sub-accounts at one place.
You can find this under Settings > Reseller settings > Sub Account Billing Report
