- About Us
Text messages have outperformed email messages for years, in terms of both open rates and response rates. So, we have brought some of the email functionality to text messaging, allowing businesses to really cash in on the phenomenal open rates of text messaging.
We're the first and only mobile messaging provider to offer the capability to attach files in an SMS message.
As you would with an email, locate the file you want to attach from your computer and Messenger will convert this to a clickable link in the body of your text message. Your file will be securely hosted on our server so you don't have to worry about hosting the file online yourself.
There really are no limits! If you have a file that is less than 10MB, you can attach it. Here are a few examples to get you thinking:
In order to ensure that you get the most from Textlocal, we've supported a wide range of file formats. This way, your recipients will be able to quickly access and digest the information contained within said attachment.
The diversity of formats that we support with our service not only ensure that your messages can reach and be understood by the maximum number of recipients, but that you can easily send a more diverse array of information.
Need to send a detailed SKU list to distributors? An attached Microsoft Excel Worksheet will ably do the job. Contracts can be quickly and securely distributed via an Adobe PDF that has been attached to an SMS message, while consumer facing offers can be quickly distributed via a JPG image attachment. When used correctly, the sky really is the limit with our diverse array of attachments.
